Bank11 has been using Camunda BPM since 2014 and wanted to further define and automate processes to allow for quicker execution of decisions, specifically their lending processes.
They faced two significant challenges – the first being process evolution and migration of existing processes and the second being the analysis and automation of processes in an agile interdisciplinary team.
In the meantime, Bank11 handles a core part of their business with Camunda BPM standardizing central processes for lending and automating credit decisions.
